These Stanford boys are pretty good playing what amounts to old school football these days. Gotta admit, I still like that style better than all of the spread shit.

Yeah I love watching Stanford play. I'm a closet Stanford fan if I had to pick someone to like outside of Columbus, because of their style of play.

Yeah, but then you're looking at another roster rebuild to get his style of players...you bought into richie for the longhaul. That's the hazard in hiring a gimmick coach.

Yeah but Harbaugh is at least competent. I think he would make them at least : puke: respectable : puke: within a shorter period of time.

Stanford was overmatched against USC a couple of years ago but still pulled the upset (the 40 point spread game). DickRod won't ever do that, even with "his" players.

Why is it that play clocks mysteriously seem to not be working at oddly high rates? This is 2010 it's not like they are some advanced technology. Is this some sort of home field shenanigans or do they just need to a new manufacturer for these things.

After both the Bama/Florida and Iowa/PSU games turned out to be busts, this one and the USC/Braska games are the ones to be following.

Oregon is shooting themselves in the foot with Stanford capitalizing on every one of them.
