Stanford 45, Notre Dame 38 (final)

I still think it goes to Colt, but both are equally deserving in my mind. For me I think it goes to Colt because he is going to be quarterbacking an undefeated team. And while this season isn't as good as last season for Colt, he has had no hiccups.

Another thing to consider is that Colt leaves his final impression 1 week later than Toby. I think they finish 1st and 2nd, with Tebow 3rd just out of respect.

The other invitee? Case Keenum.
I agree, I hope Gerhart gets it but I think McCoy wins it, he's had an outstanding season for an undefeated team.
This is who Gerhart reminds me of:

YouTube - Christian Okoye, "The Nigerian Nightmare"

I understand the comparison, but there's a big difference between Okoye's freakishness and Gerhart. Plus, there's a huge difference in doing what Christian did against NFL defenses and what Toby is doing against Oregon, Cal, and Notre Dame.

Gerhart can prove to be more durable than Okoye was, however.
hence, "reminds me of"
Gerhart also reminded me Lomu last night...

Nah, Lomu was never the same after the Springbok defense leveled him in the 1995 World Cup.

His invincibility was removed in that game and he was never a factor.

I was just looking at the box score, Clausen was 23-30 340 yards 5 TDS No Picks, Tate had 200 yards worth of receptions, if you takeaway the sacks they averaged over 5 yards a carry rushing and only 1 turnover yet they still lose. Mind boggling. I love it but it's mind boggling
Also, how many times lately have we seen poor little Jimmy trying to rally the Irish in the closing minutes only to get sacked/fumble...etc For as good as that offensive line should be they've had some major breakdowns at critical moments.
