I believe Oh8ch made a change where you can bet v$25 now, but you'd only win half as much. Try betting again.

Football: It's draft day. No, not the NFL draft, but the Buckeye draft for the spring game.


In previous seasons. the coaching staff has "assigned" certain players to teams (usually seniors) but the rest of the players who will comprise the two squads in the Scarlet and Gray game will be "drafted" by the team captains and team coaches. It can be a great indicator of how the coaches and players feel the talent on the team stacks up.​

The draft will be held at 2:30 this afternoon. We'll have a report here this evening on the draft results.​

And the first pick of the DRAFT is Troy Smith @ QB for the Gray Team, second pick Teddy Ginn by Scarlet but Coach T says tha Ginn is not eligible at QB..so Scarlet goes with Zwick. TB Will play for both teams...

Scarlet opens the WR position and gets #7. Santonio will not play the spring game, Roy Hall is a game time decision..Gray goes with Gonzo, Scarlet with Dukes and Gray goes with Devon Lyons

Gray gets Youboty and Scarlet picks up Sirjo and the remaining CB's get picked. Third CB is Mike Roberts and the fourth CB is Shaun Lane

First DE/DT to be selected is J Rich by scarlet followed by David Patterson by Gray. Scarlet gets Quinn Pitcock, Gray: Penton; S: Sian Cotton; G: Alex Barrow and the draft continues for DE/DT

Next is SAM LB: Gray takes Freeman, S: Chad Hoobler; G: Terry; S: Trevor Robinson(??)

Scarlet picks Vernon Gholsto for the LEO position..

Gray picks Pittman after opening RB; Scarlet gets E HAw

First O-liner to be selected is Krik Barton, Gray follows it up with Doug Datish


Here's to more controversy as my guess is that Zwick is going to light it up as he hooks up with Teddy Ginn..It's going to be Youboty Vs Teddy; My prediction Scarlet: 34; Gray: 19

I think Bio was just guessing what the picks will be. He posted at 2:41 ET, and the draft supposedly started at 2:30 ET... there's no way they got through all of those picks and biobuck had time to run back to a computer to type it up. Maybe, but I really think he was just trying to guess how it would play out. Either way it's exciting to consider.

If that's the lineup, 2 things surprise me.

That Jay Richardson was the first DL taken (rather than Pitcock), and that they started with the QB slot, given the limits they have on them in the Spring game.

I would've taken Teddy first, and then if I was on the other team I'd have gone with Youboty to open up CB as the second position.
