Sound Off !!! - Introduce Yourself

Another FNG here...

'Canes fan, but not one of 'THEM' - I'm one of the REAL ones down here in SoFla...
Came on last night to give props to a good game, been chit-chatting since.

Love my Canes, lose, win, or draw, but first and foremost a CFB fan.
Saying that, I don't hang out on other boards where the "Other Cane Fans" hang, because, well, I don't REALLY need to tell you, do I?
Yeah...you know...
I'm constantly apologizing for those doorknobs...

Anyways, hope to enjoy hangin' out, and now that our game is over, we can chill and analyze all KINDS of shit!

Go Canes, and I'll throw out a Go Buckeyes, for the fine folks here that gave me a warm welcome last night in the game thread!

What program do you really follow??? :p

Ohhh...

You da Gator fan they mentioned in the Miami game thread that they enjoy kickin' around ?

I'm still pissed at you guys for sending Berlin down here - not EVEN mentioning the other stuff...

hehehe

Seriously?

I love my Canes...

And ever since a mid-90's trip to Clemson,SC I rooted for them when not playing us, until they started bitch-slappin' us around the past couple years... Now? Fugg'em

I know I'll fit in around here, because I can't stand Meesheegan...Notre Lame pisses me off, too..

USC also ruffles my feathers - can't NOONE build a damn team like that in 1-2 years...legitimately. And I'm a U fan - passed (unconscious) through the 80's, so I KNOW that from experience!
*cough* Erickson *cough*

University of Superior Cheating

Yep...

Also rooted a bit for UWashington past couple years...
Poor Jake Locker - wasting away over there... Dude has the heart of a lion!

Can't stand UCLA - baby blue? Really? enjoyed that 1996 49-45 game where we just OOMPH'd their season!

Colorado also pisses me off after that 1990 5th down game against MO.

Hang around some. Nice to have other viewpoints. Oh. And I used to live in Lauderdale (Sunset area) but went to h.s. in Vero Beach. You guys had a nice run. I don't think Wandy is your long term solution, so I'm a big fan Wandy fan.

Please stay. As the ACC's only representative in the top 25 - you spruce the place up with your presence.

I live waaay out west, where the old Hollywood Sportatorium was kinda'.
Pembroke Pines. By where I-75 and Pines Blvd (Hollywood Blvd) meet out West.

So whaddaya think of your crocs this year?
Still too early for all teams, really...

ACC...man...I thought moving from the Big Least was a good move...

DAMN!

Almost Chumps Conference

Never thought I'd see the day when the Big East would like at the ACC, and say, "But LOOK! They suck MORE than we suck!"

Fuggin' Black Saturday...

Oh well, next Saturday is a new day...
Still .....trying......to.... <struggle> get these damn <struggle> Buckeye Tracks off me <struggle>....

Ever have one of them days....
When you first wake up... and the first thing you think is...WTF?

Had nightmares of Buckeyes picking off passes...
Nightmares of Buckeyes introducing Jacory to Ohio Stadium turf.....hard...
Nightmares of Pryor running apeshit all up and down the field...
Nightmares that your receivers couldn't catch a cold butt naked in Alaska...in the winter

Then it's like Oh shit - that wasn't a nightmare - that was the GAME!

Damn...

It's like a bad hangover, only worse.
At least with a hangover, you know DAMN WELL you had some fun getting that way.

Hello all.

Long time reader, first time poster. My wife and I are going to be making our first ever trip to 'The Shoe' for the Eastern Michigan game next weekend.

I was hoping some of the BP faithful could give me some assistance with a few things.

1. Where to park
2. What activities/sights relating to Buckeye football we should see
3. We would like to go to the Thurman Cafe. Is it far from the Stadium? Will we even be able to get in there on a game day?

Thanks in advance,

i can help you with #3

if you want to go to thurmans on game day make sure you either go RIGHT after the game or since the eastern michigan game is at 3:30 i would head to thurmans up to 3 hours before the game if not more....be prepared for an hour wait...the place just isnt that big and is always full...but it is well worth the wait...and yes it is somewhat far from the stadium...it is in german village and you will have to drive there...i would say with gameday traffic your looking at a half hour trip and probably a 30 dollar cab ride...hope this helps!

I'm here to share a WNCI exclusive!

Hello and Welcome,

I am an OSU alum (Class of 2010) from the Knowlton School of Architecture. The reason I joined was to share a video my friends & I put together every year for Columbus' own WNCI 97.9 FM. It is for all Buckeye Fans, and it gets everyone pumped up during the whole season. For the 3rd year in a row, here is the YouTube link: [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vQpWO1oI88U&hd=1"]YouTube - (2010-2011) Ohio State Buckeyes Song - "OSU HATERS!" - WNCI 97.9 FM[/ame]

Thank you, all. Enjoy, and GO BUCKS!

Hello and Greetings from Charleston, SC

New member here ... greetings to all Buckeye fans .... I was born and raised in Toledo, attended the U of Toledo but was ALWAYS an OSU fan....I moved to Charleston in 1985 for work and have worked in the same hospital for 25 yrs, I am a registered nurse in the emergency room.
All my friends and family still reside in OH. I still have a 2nd home in Lima.
I visit frequently and attend 2 games a year, this yr my lifelong buds and I are in town for Scum, I can't wait !!! Charleston has a very large OSU alum club that has upwards of 350 members so watching games, tailgating is almost like being there, but not quite !!! Looking forward to the forums...see everyone there !!!!:osu:
