Longtime lurker, Clmbus native, tOSU grad, have lived in CO for 30 years. Return for 1 or 2 games a year, have totally osu-brainwashed my wife and kids, and stay connected through this site and the Bigten channel, which is not free here in buffland. Thanks for having me. :oh:

Grew up outside Columbus in the 90s, moved to San Diego for school and graduated from San Diego State, fan of both schools but I follow the Buckeyes much more religiously.

Welcome to BP. Have scholars found out what "San Diego" means yet, or is it still lost in translation? :p

Attended tOSU 2006-2008, left to run a campaign office for the McCain-Palin campaign... after that tried to start a credit help website which was aptly timed for the recession... lost my savings and as a result have enlisted in the army so that I can afford to finish my finance degree on the G.I. Bill. Hopefully get the privilege to do so at Ohio State. Until I report to BCT @ Ft. Benning I have nothing to do in Cleveland so I will be omnipresent on these boards...

Hi everyone. I've been on this forum a fair few times, just as a reader, but decided to finally join.

I've been a Browns fan for a few years now and decided that this year I am going to start taking college football seriously. Naturally I had little choice but to be a Buckeye! I'm looking forward to this season, and can't wait to see the Buckeyes back on the field.

Ha, a good question! It started in 2003 when I chose the Cavs as my team to support for basketball, a sport I've always loved and played since I was young. When I decided to get into football, I stuck with Cleveland and took on the Browns, knowing how bad they were. 2007 was great, but its been all downhill since. Obviously the Indians are my MLB side too.

That's the perk of being a fan from overseas I suppose, you can pick whatever team you like. Unfortunately, I chose Cleveland! (well the Cavs are pretty darn good, so I'm alright there)

Whatever. As long as you're not a Tottenham fan.
