If by "Employee of the Year" award, you mean "pink slip" and by "bonus check" you mean "severance pay," then, yeah... it sure does!

Surprisingly, I only got "Employee of the Month." The yearly award went to the guy who defecated in my boss's fish tank. As for the bonus check, I wait by the mailbox every day...

It depends on who is around. Normally it's just a turn my head thing, but if I'm surrounded, I'll sneeze into my hands. I then flick the residue onto my boss' head, however.
