Sneezing at work

I kind of turn, lift my hand like im sneezing into my hand (but just cover my nose), and sneeze onto the ground away from whoever im around.

I go AAAHHHHHHSHIT! Because I still feel the need to act like I'm 13 years old from time to time.

I actually know a guy at work that does this, and he is much older than 12.

I block it with the inside of my elbow. Who wants all those germs on their hands?

As a future educator I was taught to sneeze or cough into your arm or sleeve b/c if you sneeze or cough into your hand then what do you do with your hand...Most likely you transfer the germs from your hand to the next object you come in contact with..(student, mouse, door handle,etc...)

I sneeze into my hands, then proceed to the restroom to wash them.

I sneeze into my hands, then proceed to wipe them on my sleeves - or if sitting, on my pants leg.

I have been sneezing all morning. Mostly into the air beside me but I have made it into my hands a few times.
