I continue to be baffled by the recruits and their families who interact with him and come away thinking “yep, I want to be a part of that for the next 3-5 years!”

On top of the foundation of decades of country club arrogance without results, their culture problems stem from only a certain type of player with equivalent options (ie elite or somewhere close) choosing to go to Michigan or a player overlooking Harbaugh’s... issues... and choosing to go there because it’s by far their best option (ie the reaches).

That’s when defensive coordinator Don Brown’s defenses annually turn from paper tigers into shredded paper, his schemes so predictably limited that you can already set the over-under for Ohio State at 55. (Won’t find a lot of action on the under.)

Michigan’s corners looked like they belonged in the MAC on Saturday, and if your whole defense is predicated on lockdown corners, wouldn’t it be wise to have a better stable than the overmatched bunch that Michigan State mowed into infamy?

Some folks just have unnatural hate for a city I guess. I do wonder what it is about Indy that creates such a visceral response. Seems like a nice enough town to me but clearly some guys are hell bent on never being required to step foot in it.
