What happened?

If this doesn't count as a "significant difficulties in social interaction and nonverbal communication" than I don't know what else to tell you.

You A) don't know you shouldn't walk around someones house with cleats on and B) can't pick up on the nonverbal communication that person is throwing off about it.

It's been said a thousand times on here but they knowingly hired a guy with significant personality issues to be the CEO of their football program (which is 90% about interpersonal relationships). I love me some Bill Martin but the genius behind that move should not be underappreciated.
