Then I saw the poll at the bottom of the article....

60% Notre Dame in 2019
05% Penn State in 2016

That rivalry game against Rutgers and all those wins definitely overshadows their other rivalry wins (because they don't have any). Voted for Rutgers as well. I voted my conscience here.
