But slightly higher on the scale than the typical Michigan douchebag. At least he admits the truth about the so-called academics at Michigan...

"Michigan is a good school and I got a good education there," he (Jim Harbaugh) said, "but the athletic department has ways to get borderline guys in and, when they're in, they steer them to courses in sports communications. They're adulated when they're playing, but when they get out, the people who adulated them won't hire them"

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but Jim Harbaugh, whether he played for Michigan or not, is a god damned winner - always has been. Same goes for his brother John.

I've always had a lot of respect for the Harbaugh's since their father, Jack, played for Bowling Green State University and coached in the high school and college ranks in Ohio before moving on to coaching in the state of Michigan and Caifornia. Jim is a little cocky, for sure, but as long as a person can back that talk up, then I suppose it's just true. Jim Harbaugh is the only other coach I would put on the same level as Nick Saban and Urban Meyer in this era of college sports. All 3 of those guys can win wherever they're at.

Jim's intensity is contagious, and the day he ran up the score on USC in November of 2009, going for 2 when Stanford was already up 48-21 on what was then believed to be the best college football dynasty of all time, was a Woody Hayes type move, forced me to respect him even more. He's a team-changing type of coach. Douche-bag or not.

I've always respected the guy. I wholeheartedly believe he's a guy who went to TSUN out of necessity, not opportunity.

Any guy who runs up the score on Carroll, almost gets into a fight with Schwartz, and dogs the academics at his alma mater automatically earns my respect!

Eh, I don't know, I've hated this fucking douchebag since about 1985... I don't see what's changed. He's still a cocksucking scummer.

AMEN
