JIM HARBAUGH WENT ONSTAGE AT A LIL DICKY CONCERT TO SING THE NATIONAL ANTHEM

Jim Harbaugh is outpacing our ability to come up with ridiculous headlines about Jim Harbaugh.



It should be noted that Lil Dicky apparently wore a Jake Butt jersey for his performance. He'd taken a picture with Harbaugh earlier in the day.

This is weird for a few reasons:

1. Rap concerts don't usually have national anthems. Most concerts don't normally have national anthems! We only do that at sporting events, really.

2. College football coaches don't normally go on stage at rap concerts!

3. We can imagine a college football coach going on stage at a rap concert to Impress The Recruits, but, like, a budding friendship with Lil Dicky is something that will impress the recruits. He's really more of a comedian than he is a rapper.

Exactly. That idiot Michigan fan base can have the guy who shows up on stage at "rap" concerts, makes appearances at professional wrestling events, climbs trees, has sleepovers with recruits, and coaches first base in spring training baseball games.

I'll take the guy who wins national titles and hosts NFL coaches at the WHAC.

It's almost like someone with autism trying to appeal to young people by awkwardly participating in things he's been told or has somehow observed that they like.

Posting a lot on Twitter. Showing up at concerts and other events. Driving fancy cars.

Doing weird stuff like shirtless football, climbing trees and sleepovers shows the classic autistic disconnect with relating to other humans.

As a side note, I've been on the "Harbaugh has autism" train for awhile.

I want to clarify I am not being negative or critical towards people with autism, but I do think it's likely Harbaugh is on the spectrum and that would explain a lot.
