Silent Hill

Got to see a private showing last night at midnight. What a frickin awesome movie. Even if you are not a fan of the games, or havent played them, it is a very good horror..........for once.

The gore level is pretty high, some very twisted scenes as well. I love the original Silent Hill game, and they really kept the movie along the same line as the game, and did an excellent job with it. Pyramid Head is the SHIT

The first Silent Hill was creepy as hell. If the movie is even close to the game it should be a pretty decent horror flick. Not my genre, but I'll probably still watch it.

if i'm not mistaken, you play as the father in the original Silent Hill game, and the mother had died prior. perhaps i'm intermingling the first two silent hill games.

So, they didn't screw it up like Resident Evil?

if i'm not mistaken, you play as the father in the original Silent Hill game, and the mother had died prior. perhaps i'm intermingling the first two silent hill games.

The 2nd one is the one where you play as the guy who gets a letter from his wife, to come to Silent Hill.

I actually didnt mean the story though, meant the design of the game, the monsters, etc. Very well done. The store follows a similar pattern as the games, until the end......where they kinda added their own twist, but a very good one, amazingly enough.

Silent Hill 2's ending was one of the most fucked up endings ever. Play that game at night in the dark and you're probally going to scare yourself at some point.
