Should the arcade be off-season only?

I vote close it.

But if it stays open, you should announce who, if anybody, was playing during a game. They will then be able to recieve the proper amount of heckling!

I think the compromise here is that I'm going to remove the navbar link to it during the season, but will leave the arcade itself active. If at some point there is a shortage of server resources due to the level of traffic on the site, the arcade will be the first thing to be temporarily closed.
