A quick FYI: I will be taking new clients at the California Fitness at 161/Karl Road in Columbus beginning the first week of November. :lift:

Anyone is welcome....overweight, already training but need a push over the plateau, specific sport training, aerobic, or anything of your other fitness needs.

Can you PM me some rates and a little info on the equipment and facilities. I've been battling with my wife over this issue for a while. I want to join a club, she doesn't want to spend the money. Any help you can offer would be of serious value to me.

Shouldn't be too hard to imagine. Babe is in her name, she's an OSU fan, and she works at a fitness center. Where is the downside? But you're right about the picture, I have an idea a lot of people here would like that...


On topic, brutusbabe, if I decided to join and get some personal training, would you want to interfere with my diet of paintchips? I need to know before I can commit....because nothing is going to interfere with that.
