I've been on the Q train since last season. I know guys were starting to give up on him. But it was tough for him to just come in and play these little 2-3 minute spurts and get yanked. The talent was always there , Just had to let him play through the mistakes and let him get his confidence.

It happened by accident. He just sat down at the far side of the locker room and someone came in and told Q he had Kobe's locker.
