Welcome to The Show! We'll be chatting live from the Senior Bowl in Mobile, Ala., this week as the best college seniors in the nation prepare for the upcoming NFL draft.

The top senior prospects in the nation will be showing their wares for scouts in hopes of improving their draft stock, including Virginia offensive tackle D'Brickashaw Ferguson, Michigan wide receiver Jason Avant, Virginia Tech defensive end Darryl Tapp and Penn State quarterback Michael Robinson.

We'll have a bunch of guys rolling through to take your questions so get ready! We'll get started at approximately 1 ET.

Buzzmaster: (12:29 PM ET ) Hey gang .. we're going to kicks thing off with a kicker and a punter .. how's that for irony? Wyoming's Deric Yaussi and Colorado's John Torp will be by at noon ET and plenty more players will follow ...

Chad Jackson: (12:38 PM ET ) Good morning.

Chad Jackson: (12:39 PM ET ) '07 Escalade. Probably red or black.


<HR width="80%" noShade SIZE=1>William Cooley: what's the dumbest thing you've been asked by an nfl team while you are there?

Chad Jackson: (12:40 PM ET ) I've met about 10 or 15 so far. The Dolphins and the Jaguars coaching staffs really stood out. They were great.


<HR width="80%" noShade SIZE=1>Os (NJ): Hey Chad.. I'm guessing you are there chatting it up with the NFL teams... what pick are you predicting?

Chad Jackson: (12:40 PM ET ) I'd say mid to late first round. That's what I'm expecting.


<HR width="80%" noShade SIZE=1>Todd(Baton Rouge, LA): Who is your favorite NFL Team and who's your pick to win the Super Bowl?

Chad Jackson: (12:41 PM ET ) Growing up it was the Dallas Cowboys. I'm picking the Steelers. They just look really good right now. I like their gameplan.


<HR width="80%" noShade SIZE=1>Eric- columbus ohio: How would you feel about going in the 2nd round to the browns and playing with braylon edwards?

Chad Jackson: (12:42 PM ET ) I'd be just fine with that. I'd love to play with somebody like Braylon who has good experiece. It would be great to learn from him.


<HR width="80%" noShade SIZE=1>denni - atlanta: Do you think there's too much emphasis put on a player's 40 time? Why do you think that makes or breaks a player trying to make it to the next level?

Chad Jackson: (12:43 PM ET ) Yes and no. I've seen some slow guys make catches and fast guys can do both. It just depends on what a team is looking for. Teams want playmakers.


<HR width="80%" noShade SIZE=1>Kevin-NJ: Chad what's your schedule like now a days without having boring classes taking up half your day?

Chad Jackson: (12:44 PM ET ) I work out in the morning at 7am and work out all day until about 4:30. I'm just getting ready for the combine. It's a full day.


<HR width="80%" noShade SIZE=1>Big Manny: Why did Florida wear those uniforms with the orange sleeve one game.. did you like them?

Chad Jackson: (12:44 PM ET ) It was something Nike did. Jeremy Foley, our AD, he signed a deal with them. I liked 'em though.


<HR width="80%" noShade SIZE=1>Eric (El Paso,TX): Chad, which player in the NFL would you compare yourself to?

Chad Jackson: (12:45 PM ET ) None yet. I like Chad Johnson, Steve Smith, Hines Ward, Plaxico.

Chad Jackson: (12:47 PM ET ) Just all my friends and teammates. I grew up with those guys.

Chad Jackson: (12:48 PM ET ) I'll have lots of celebrations. I have some already.

Chad Jackson: (12:50 PM ET ) Bill?!!! Yes!

Chad Jackson: (12:50 PM ET ) Most definitely.

Deric Yaussi: (12:52 PM ET ) Tony Dungy. He's just a good, caring guy and cares about his players and his passionate about the game.


<HR width="80%" noShade SIZE=1>Jon (Memphis TN): Being a kicker, do you take heat from teammates during practice?

Deric Yaussi: (12:53 PM ET ) Just a few little jokes here and there. But I'm not your typical kicker and try to help out during practice as much as I can.


<HR width="80%" noShade SIZE=1>Matt OH: Would you have liked to play in a game against Mason Crosby? Who can kick better?

Deric Yaussi: (12:54 PM ET ) Yeah, I would have loved to play him. They had a great punter there in Colorado. Mason is a great kicker.


<HR width="80%" noShade SIZE=1>Eric (Catasauqua, PA): If you did play for the Colts, do you make that 46 yard field goal?

Deric Yaussi: (12:54 PM ET ) I would like to think so but it's a lot tougher out there under those circumstances.


<HR width="80%" noShade SIZE=1>Joshua (lakeland,fl): What players do you enjoy hanging out with the most during Senior Bowl week?

Deric Yaussi: (12:55 PM ET ) John Torp. Chad Greenway is a nice guy.


<HR width="80%" noShade SIZE=1>Jeff (Cleveland): Do kickers have to run sprints when the rest of the team does? What's your favorite cookie?

Deric Yaussi: (12:56 PM ET ) Yes, I have to run sprints with the team and my favorite cookie is chocolate chip.


<HR width="80%" noShade SIZE=1>licem: what was going thru your head the game you missed the Point After Attempt?

Deric Yaussi: (12:57 PM ET ) I guess it's just like any other kick but I had one blocked once so it's hard to say. I felt bad but not too bad.


<HR width="80%" noShade SIZE=1>Dan (Seattle): What made you want to become kicker?

Deric Yaussi: (12:58 PM ET ) My junior year in high scool. I played receiver but then we needed a kicker so I tried out.


<HR width="80%" noShade SIZE=1>Christian Inwood NY: Having kicked in Wyoming do you think that prepared you to be ready to kick in any condition in the nfl no matter what team you play for?

Deric Yaussi: (12:58 PM ET ) Yes, because I played in snow, rain and lots of wind almost every day.


<HR width="80%" noShade SIZE=1>Scott Raleigh NC: do time outs before a presure kick help you? or can the ice you?

Deric Yaussi: (12:59 PM ET ) It depends on the conditions if the time out helps you clear out a spot for your kicks it can help. But sometimes it just depends on the situation in the game. It doesn't' really bother me much.


<HR width="80%" noShade SIZE=1>Matt OH: Arent you glad you play a position that you could possibly still play in the NFL into your 40's?

Deric Yaussi: (1:00 PM ET ) Yes, most definitely. It's a position that guys can play for a long time and that's pretty exciting.

<HR width="80%" noShade SIZE=1>Deerfield, MA: Who is the best punter in the NFL right now??

John Torp: (1:01 PM ET ) It's either Brian Morman or Shane Lecler. Shane is very realiable.


<HR width="80%" noShade SIZE=1>john athens, ga: was the clemson game an average kicking day for you? those were some of the longest punts ive ever seen.

John Torp: (1:02 PM ET ) It was one of my better games for sure. Our team was struggling a bit and to keep us in the game like that was one of my best performances. I hope I can do that every game in the NFL.


<HR width="80%" noShade SIZE=1>Dieter (Gig harbor, WA): What's the farthest you have punted the ball in a game at any level?

John Torp: (1:02 PM ET ) 74 yards. That was my first punt of the season. Nice to start that way.


<HR width="80%" noShade SIZE=1>Matt : Two Harbors: Who gets a harder time from teammates, punters or kickers?

John Torp: (1:04 PM ET ) It's tough to say. Mason and I are just two more guys on the team. But I'd probably have to say the kicker. But Mason was clutch so he didnt have that problem.


<HR width="80%" noShade SIZE=1>Steve (Boulder, CO): Torp, we are really going to miss your punting at CU next year. Mark Mariscal was the last great punter out of CU, do you think you can have the quick release to keep making the 60-70 yard punts in the NFL unlike Mariscal?

John Torp: (1:05 PM ET ) Yes, I think I can keep it up in the NFL. I just hope I get the opportunity to do so.

John Torp: (1:06 PM ET ) Luckily I've never been hit that hard on a return.


<HR width="80%" noShade SIZE=1>Travis (Canada): John, Have you ever kicked a rugby ball, and what was your thoughts on Doug Flutie's rugby dropkick?

John Torp: (1:06 PM ET ) I've kicked around a rugby ball. The leather is a little softer. I just thought it was great they gave Flutie the opportunity to try it.


<HR width="80%" noShade SIZE=1>John (Buffalo): What round are the scouts telling you that you will be drafted???

John Torp: (1:07 PM ET ) I've heard a full range of rounds. It mainly depends on how I do over the next couple months.


<HR width="80%" noShade SIZE=1>Kris (UT): Could you have made the dropkick?

John Torp: (1:08 PM ET ) I've made it in practice but who knows in a game.


<HR width="80%" noShade SIZE=1>Matthew : TH: Whos better, you or Dustin Colquit?

John Torp: (1:08 PM ET ) No comment! He's a great punter.


<HR width="80%" noShade SIZE=1>Vince: (London, ON): John, how many hours a week are you in the weight room physically training?

John Torp: (1:09 PM ET ) I probably lift four times a week. I usually do the same stuff other players do, just slightly modified.


<HR width="80%" noShade SIZE=1>eric (san antonio, tx): john, how often do you wish you could go for fake punts?

John Torp: (1:09 PM ET ) It's my favorite thing to do. As long as they work! I had four of them for about 80 yards in my college career.


<HR width="80%" noShade SIZE=1>Kevin (Pittsburgh,Pa): Do punters get alot of ladies?

John Torp: (1:10 PM ET ) I'm trying to revolutionize the position.


<HR width="80%" noShade SIZE=1>Hende (OH): Why don't more punters try to angle their punts to the sideline instead of getting them to stop inside the 5 yd line?

John Torp: (1:11 PM ET ) I think now it's just more consistent to hang it up there and make them fair catch it with your teammates around him.


<HR width="80%" noShade SIZE=1>steve wisconsin: john did your leg ever get tired in either of the texas games?

John Torp: (1:12 PM ET ) It's just more frustrating as a team to know we have to keep giving the ball back.


<HR width="80%" noShade SIZE=1>Tanner-Andover,Ks: So John, does the light air really make a difference?

John Torp: (1:13 PM ET ) I can't say that I feel a difference. My best games usually are out of state so the jury is still out.


<HR width="80%" noShade SIZE=1>Brandon, Clemson SC: Who are you taking to win the super bowl?

John Torp: (1:14 PM ET ) I gotta say Seattle. I was born there. I've been a Seahawks fan my whole life.

Darrell Hackney: (1:48 PM ET ) Throwing on the run to my left.

Darrell Hackney: (1:51 PM ET ) UCLA TE Marcedes Lewis.

<HR width="80%" noShade SIZE=1>Josh Norwalk Ohio: Whats up? How does Deangelo Williams look compared to the other rb's in the draft. Is he that good or was it just a weak conference.

Darrell Hackney: (1:51 PM ET ) He IS that good. All the RBs down here are good but he really seperates himself with his quickness.


<HR width="80%" noShade SIZE=1>Travis (Alabama): Were you dissapointed to be only 5'11 and not 6'0 when they measured you?

Darrell Hackney: (1:52 PM ET ) I was snubbed. He was pushing my head down with the ruler. I'll be 6'0'' the next time I get measured. You'll see. But my body and weight are great.


<HR width="80%" noShade SIZE=1>BK (Dyersville, IA): What is your biggest hope for your future after the draft?

Darrell Hackney: (1:53 PM ET ) I want to become an NFL starter as soon as possible after I learn the system. I just want to get in that rotation and show what I can do.

Buzzmaster: (1:55 PM ET ) OK, here's Todd McShay! He was at this morning's practice. Ask away.


<HR width="80%" noShade SIZE=1>bel Mobile AL: How was Brodie at practice today

Buzzmaster: (2:01 PM ET ) Brodie Croyle was improved in today's practice. In my opinion, he was the best QB on the South roster today, including Darrell Hackney and D.J. Shockley. Shockley has really struggled as a passer this week.


<HR width="80%" noShade SIZE=1>Chris (Baltimore): Where do you see Sinorice Moss falling in the draft? He has first-class speed, but can he overcome his height? Did he continue to impress today?

Todd McShay: (2:03 PM ET ) Moss has been the most impressive WR at the Senior Bowl this week. He is easily the quickest and fastest player on the field for the South team. The only defensive back that has come close to matching up with Moss is his teammate, Kelly Jennings, who runs in the 4.40's and also knows his tendencies after practicing opposite him the last few years. I think Moss' height will keep him out of the top-20 or so picks, but I think he has solidified a spot in the late-first round with his excellent play this week.


<HR width="80%" noShade SIZE=1>Chris (Lacey, WA): Better NFL QB, Aaron Rodgers or Jay Culter?

Todd McShay: (2:04 PM ET ) Cutler. He's bigger, stronger and smarter. His arm strength is excellent and his accuracy will only improve with better coaching and polished mechanics.

Todd McShay: (2:05 PM ET ) Cutler is clearly the best QB at the Senior Bowl this week, and it's safe to say that he's making ground on Matt Leinart and Vince Young, the top-two QB prospects in this year's class right now.


<HR width="80%" noShade SIZE=1>Tom (Ithaca): What's your take on Greg Blue? He's got a surprisingly low scout rating for someone who's such an athletic ballhawk. Is he raising his stock much?

Todd McShay: (2:07 PM ET ) This week has helped me confirm my initial thought that Blue will be a better fit as a WLB in the NFL than he will be at DS. Blue is a big-hitter with good instincts in run support, but his range in coverage is poor and his hands are miserable.

Todd McShay: (2:08 PM ET ) I think Blue will land in the second round to a team like the Colts or Bucs that use smaller personnel on defense and can use Blue at OLB.


<HR width="80%" noShade SIZE=1>Tray Lake Charles, LA: How is Joe Addai of LSU looking and where do you see him going in the draft?

Todd McShay: (2:09 PM ET ) Addai has looked FAST. He is a versatile back that catches the ball well. When he turns the corner as an outside runner, Addai is gone. His lack of production in college and his durability issues will hurt him on draft day, but I think Addai will come off the board in the second round.


<HR width="80%" noShade SIZE=1>Eric: Are there any Ted Washington type DTs in the Draft? What round do you think Michael Robinson will be drafted in?

Todd McShay: (2:10 PM ET ) Oregon's Haloti Ngata isn't at this game, but he's a Ted Washington type. Michigan's Gabe Watson is the only similar style of DT in this game, and he has had a monster week. I think Watson has possibly elevated his status to the late-first round range... he's been that impressive this week.

Todd McShay: (2:12 PM ET ) As for Robinson, he's been one of the big disappointments this week simply because he hasn't moved around to other positions outside of QB. He clearly shows no upside as an NFL QB. I think Robinson will come off the board in the middle of Day 2 as a versatile athlete. It's too bad that he hasn't taken advantage of this opportunity to show NFl personnel scouts what he can do at WR or RB.


<HR width="80%" noShade SIZE=1>Michael (Stillwater, OK): Is Reggie McNeal at the senior bowl this week?

Todd McShay: (2:14 PM ET ) No, but McNeal had a phenominal week at the East-West Shrine game. He actually was the game's MVP. McNeal showed a strong arm and helped his cause as a QB prospect, but I still think his future is as a WR/return specialist in the NFL. Robinson, McNeal, D.J. Shockley and Brad Smith (Mizzou) may all be forced to switch positions at the next level.

Todd McShay: (2:15 PM ET ) Way too high. Watson will go no earlier than the late-first round because of his inconsistent play at Michigan


<HR width="80%" noShade SIZE=1>Nick (Oxford, Oh): How is Nick Mangold doing and where do you see him being drafted?

Todd McShay: (2:16 PM ET ) Mangold has jumped out as one of the best interior offensive linemen at the Senior Bowl this week. I think he will be the first OC selected in this year's draft, likey early in the second round.


<HR width="80%" noShade SIZE=1>Chris (Chicago): What's your prediction on Maurice Stovall after seeing him in practice this week? Sounds like he's been impressive. Still 2nd round, or has he played his way into the first round?

Todd McShay: (2:19 PM ET ) Stovall has had a great week. He is trimmed down and looks quicker. His rare combo of height, arm length, top-end speed and ability to adjust to the ball in the air makes him a vertical mismatch waiting to happen. I think Stovall's lack of explosive burst and his inconsistent collegiate career will keep him out of Round 1, but Stovall should be a second-round pick.


<HR width="80%" noShade SIZE=1>Mike (Madison): Who would win if you arm wrestled the buzzmaster?

Todd McShay: (2:20 PM ET ) I'd go with buzzmaster. You'd be surprised how strong buzzmaster is... I'd guess he gets 40 reps of the standard 225-pound bench press...


<HR width="80%" noShade SIZE=1>Bryan (Wauchula, Florida): Hey Todd, How are the 3 guys from Florida State performing thus far..Wimbley, Bunkley, and Watkins? Are they improving their stock?

Todd McShay: (2:23 PM ET ) Wimbley has helped his draft stock the most of the three. He's undersized and would fit best as a 3-4 OLB, but his speed and athletic ability make him an intriguing 2nd round prospect. Watkins has not impressed much.... he's tall and a bit stiff. Bunkley did not practice today because of an undisclosed injury at this point... he was in shorts, jersey and helmet, so it can't be too bad.

Todd McShay: (2:25 PM ET ) He is but he's not playing in the Senior Bowl. Carson Palmer did a few years ago and solidified a spot as the No. 1 pick. Unfortunately, Leinart did not follow in his former teammates' footsteps.

EXACTLY! I was pretty impressed with Avant during the whole interview. A pretty likeable guy for a Wolverine :lol:
