Eh... Life isn't much different in the B1G.

Current B1G head coaches are 3-21 lifetime against Urban.
B1G teams are 3-45 against Urban since he entered the conference.
B1G teams are 4-49 against Urban as a head coach overall.

10 of the other 13 conference members have already changed head coaches at least once in just the past four seasons. The other three (Ferentz, Fitzgerald, and Dantonio) are a combined 2-7.
