I think he was saying; he's pleased that unlike Michigan, OSU make an effort to educate their student athletes. Any truth that UM's APR for the football team is one of the worst in the entire country?

APR has been declining since 05.....Last season UM wasn't even last in the conference, so I don't know how they could be worst in the country. I haven't seen this seasons though.
