You know there is a real easy way to get back onto a site with a different IP address. Go out somewhere(or even online to NetZero) and get a NetZero CD and you get like 10 free hours a month(might be a week, don't remember). Just use NetZero when you want to get back on, when you use NetZero, your IP will be different because it is a different internet provider.

Yes it does. Your IP address is determined by your ISP(Internet Service Provider). So say if you have Yahoo DSL, and switch to say AOL, then your IP will change. Now there is ways to change your actual IP but i don't know how to do that. And i hear it is very difficult to do.
