I'm sorry, but a cold piece of metal isn't gonna get the job done. I give this product an 'F'.

I employ a hybrid technique. Taking the scrotum between the thumb and all four fingers, the index and pinky (in congress with the thumb) hold the area to be scratched in place whilst the middle and index fingers relieve the itch.
