We couldn't beat Texas in Columbus, so I really don't see how we can in Austin. Especially if Whitner and Youboty both leave.
Ummm, we also didn't have Heisman Trophey candidtates Troy Smith and Ted Ginn in top form. And...we don't know for sure if VY will be back.

We could have easily won in Columbus...we will return the favor there...Austin is not as tough of a place to play as Columbus is.

I think we have a chance of going undefeated. I know the bowl season just ended but looking at that schedule i see only two games that could be trouble. U of M always seems to give us a good fight especially in Columbus. They have almost all of their offense returning. The other game being Texas. After seeing the rose bowl game last night i realized how good Vince Young is. I think we will this game because he is going to leave early or at least i think so. Esp after the performance he just had and all the hype around him right now.

I hope VY is gone but, we could have all 2nd teamers playing against TEXAS and are DEFENSE would be better than USC'S joke defense , they could stop no one all year,Carroll os a great offensive coach but, he is below average on defense

We have had great defenses since 2001 and all we need to do is for the next group of lb'ers to step it up.
All good ones just like Hawk and the rest of them were considered after there freshman year, They will be good enough if not better

Are defense played great against Texas and we gave them most there points from turnovers in bad areas at the time if not the free ones
