Whatever happened to oregonbuckeye? Never see him around anymore...

Last I knew, he moved back up to Oregon from Cali. However, I haven't talked with him much in a while. If I remember correctly, he was a younger guy and could be involved with school or something else.

Is lvbuckeye still alive?

Trey McNeil?

So, my in laws have a family house in northern tsun. Our family is more of a golf and sun group than snow, skies and sleds so the house gets rented out for the winter. Given the variable costs to heat the place (radiant electric) there is a clause in the contract that anything over 9800 kwts over a 14 week rental is the responsibility of the renters. Seems as though the renters want to stiff my recently widowed MIL for $825. It looks like I'll be the acting collection agency (glad to take their $600 deposit for that too... The renters are from tsun and all  ). Anyhow, I said to the wife, if all else fails... I'll just Trey McNeil the guy... Needless to say, there was a long explanation regarding what a McNeiling is. LOL.

Anyone hear from good old Trey lately?

Not sure $225 is worth the potential hassle. I'd just raise the deposit for the next renters to $1,000, so you'll likely be covered if those renters tried to pull the same shit...
