Maybe I didn't see the right posts (or the wrong ones) but aside from his obvious bad taste in football teams, his posts were not outrageous that I saw. You've had much, much more obnoxious drop-ins from other teams than WM. Seven years and over nine-thousand posts is pretty serious devotion of effort if all you're doing is trolling.

I do think that sometimes there's a pissing contest element that comes into play here.

low and slow is the key. After a decade in the restaurant industry, the best method I've used is simply rubbing the ribs with salt and pepper. Putting them in a casserole dish and covering them in beer. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 6 hours in the oven at 220 degrees.


Now that I'm not in the industry anymore, I don't make my own bbq sauce because it's just to time consuming and I don't have all the ingredients at hand. But for the money, Sweet Baby Ray's is the best out there IMO.

I think Sweet Baby Ray's is 88 cents, so pretty hard to argue with that. For the money.

More on Ribs:

Don't bother smoking. The key is getting it to fall off the bone. Cook it in beer in the oven on 210 degrees for 7 hours. Slap it on the grill on foil with whatever sauce you want. After that, you'll have the tenderest and juiciest ribs there. Make sure you use foil though, or all the meat will fall off and into your grill. Guaranteed that tender. 12 years as a chef, take my word for it.
