Nope, but not surprising. Coming off a gauntlet of GB/BAL/NO, the last of which was a slugfest emotional road win, plus losing their starting C for the year, plus being without Sherman/Tartt = classic hangover game.The thing is the 49ers shouldn’t have let it come to that.
The loss of Richberg is a serious blow. The OL was a mess for long stretches yesterday, so I'm not overly optimistic about that improving. Could be a fatal blow for a team that has already been hit very hard with injuries this year. We'll see, they've overcome a lot injury-wise to this point, so maybe they do it again.
