Circled back to my sources - for confidentiality I'll just say there's a lot more going on here than what Birm and Wiltfong are reporting. Wish James the best of luck, as apparently he's been playing at 60% all season. If he heads to IU...they've gotten themselves a good young man.

Kid's making the decision he feels is best for him. Indiana is having a decent year and played us tough, and has a much more agreeable depth chart. I hope he's not too disappointed, tough, when Indiana goes off the rails the rest of the season, like it has the other three time it has started the season 4-1.

When you lose a southern kid to the SEC you kinda understand...when you lose a kid to Indiana it raises a red flag for me. Did OSU cool or did something happen yesterday that made the young man uncomfortable about what was going on with OSU?
May never know but I am curious because it’s really not a good look to wear if you’re Ohio State.
