S Kurt Coleman (All B1G, All-American)

I know our thoughts are mainly focussed on Gentry and his complete recovery. However, we should offer up a hope that the strong play Kurt has been showing all Spring is not diminished as a result of Gentry's serious injury. It is a truism that injuries are a part of football. We all hope they do not happen, but happen they will.

I like what I am hearing from the reports of how Kurt is handling these matters. May he continue to hold Tyler and his recovery in his heart and prayers and keep his head held high. My hope, and I am sure I am not alone in this, is that Kurt play to the fullest of his ability - and do so in honor of his fallen team member Tyler Gentry - this year, and every year he is at Ohio State.

Great post man! Oh, might wanna change that to Tyson Gentry though. :wink2:

I wouldnt mind seeing what Coleman could do if the need arises, but I think JamO is going to man down the spot. It could also be difficult for a freshmen to adjust positions in the middle of the seasons.

If anything we could possibly see a guy like Gant or Scwartz burn their redshirts.

Colemans a corner and going to be a great one so why would they waste time training him at a spot he hasn't played at all since becoming a buckeye and with all those highly praised recruits coming in next year as safeties/wrs
