I may be, but help me understand how someone who is in charge of around 85 people doesn't know the status of the ONE person that left on a cart on national TV.I think you're reading into it too much.

My kid asks me where babies come from. I say the stork brings them. Do I really believe that, or do I just not want to get into it?
"Day said he did not know the specific diagnosis of Proctor's injury, but said he suffered a fracture and underwent surgery."
This bothers me. How could he not know the diagnosis of one of his starters? I have a crew of 50 direct reports, and would know what happened to them if it happened on my watch. Coach has a crew of at most 33 starters and doesn't know? That's an issue to me.
Or maybe the leader does know his people, and he doesn't believe it's his place to make sure the rest of the world knows every detail about one of his people's injury. Maybe he knows every specific, but still chooses to talk in generalities.I know where babies come from. I don't believe in the stork, the Easter bunny, or Santa. I also don't believe a leader shouldn't know his people. Is that fair?

Or just maybe Day is protecting the kids privacy? You know, kinda like the law requires?"Day said he did not know the specific diagnosis of Proctor's injury, but said he suffered a fracture and underwent surgery."

That's EXACTLY what you are implying. It's none of your, or my business what the full details of the injury are. He said Josh had surgery for a leg fracture, so he knows what the injury is.I wasn't saying that Coach Day should've told the world what the injury was. I'm saying that he should acknowledge it and say something different than "I don't know the details". It's simple.
Is it? Is it EXACTLY what I was implying? Day LITERALLY said he didn't know specifics. So he's either a liar, or he didn't know specifics. Which is worse? That's EXACTLY what you are implying.
