S Donte Whitner (Official Thread)

I don't wish it on anyone, but I do believe in karma and that makes me happy. It is put into perspective, he's not paralyzed, he's playing football, got hit hard and couldn't take it. He can talk the talk...

Chad Johnson isn't TO. He talks but it's all in fun. TO is just a punk. I hate Cincinnati but I've always been a fan of Chad. I don't see why anyone, unless you're a bitter Browns fan, would wish a serious injury on him.

You make think it's in fun, that's your opinion. I think Johnson's a punk. And I never wished it on anyone :shake:

He's fine, it is probably a concussion if anything. If he wasn't moving that's one thing.

Big hit and he couldn't take it, he really should learn to back his mouth up.

Yeah because that makes sense.

There are plenty of teams or players that I don't like in the league. But to smile as they get carted out of the stadium is a classless move.

These guys are human and a they don't just put you on a stretcher for the hell of it. hopefully he is okay, and thank goodness it wasn't more serious as they did say he had movement as they were taking him off.

Thanks for the morality lesson.

So, you didn't technically say you did but you've clearly implied it. Whatever, dislike him as much as you want. I don't care about Chad enough to get into an argument over him.

Good for Donte.

Truthfully I wouldn't mind if Hart broke a leg or two, so sue me.

Man, thats rough. Whitner didn't light him up because he talks. Guess what? He's a better player than that-it could have been Marvin Harrison and you'd have the same results-because Donte is just playing ball.

"Couldn't take it?" What about Darryl Stingley? Could he "not take it?"

I love to see a good clean hit as much as the next guy, this was a clean hit, but I'll never be happy to see someone hurt. An I'd never wish a possible concussion (read temporary-to permanent brain damage )on someone.

I hope no one wishes such ill upon you.

Yeah he couldn't take it.... he was paralyzed by a freak hit, it's the same thing. And what was exactly wrong with Johnson? Nothing.

This is dumb-you have no heart and that is fine. Here is all I will say, I almost guarantee you that Donte wasn't smiling or celebrating when he saw Chad on the stretcher. That you were apparently happy about it, speaks enough about your character.

My God. Lets make the NFL two hand touch to appease the candyasses...

Did I say anytime before the game, to anyone, that I hope Ocho Cinco get injured today? No

Was I glad to see him get a little comeupance? Fuck yeah

The icing is that it was Donte that did it.

I guarantee you Whitner was not happy about it. So had he not been taken out on a stretcher it would've been fine? They found no injuries at the hospital....

"Please hit Chad Johnson," Whitner said he was told.

So he did.
