funny...Aaron has gone from one star on Scout to two stars since committing...
hes been a 2 star at rivals as long as hes been on there. i dont think a player can have 1 star or at least ive never seen any with just 1. its either 2 or 0 i think.Actually, I think they may have upped his rating just prior, because I checked his rating on Rivals as soon as 21 posted his commitment and they already had him as a 2-star but didn't yet have him listed as a commit (they did about 10-15 minutes later).
Either way, our staff knows what we're getting and that's all that counts.

Ohio State added a fourth defensive back to its recruiting class yesterday with the commitment of Michigan prospect Aaron Gant.
Gant, 6 feet, 205 pounds, of St. Mary’s Prepatory School in Orchard Lake, Mich., became the 17 th member of a class that could number 18 to 20 on signing day Feb. 1. Gant hopped on board, he said, because "I was feeling it, that Ohio State is the right place for me."
It will be interesting to find out, perhaps as soon as today, whether his St. Mary’s teammate Anthony Bowman is feeling it, too. Bowman, a blue-chip all-purpose player, had committed to Iowa but backed off recently. He visited Ohio State this past weekend with Gant.
Gant, meanwhile, canceled a scheduled visit to Michigan this weekend. He was a safety and running back (with just more than 1,000 yards on 156 carries) last season, and was also being courted strongly by Michigan State and Illinois.
He will play defense at Ohio State, he said. Though he was aware of the early departures to the NFL of safety Donte Whitner and Ashton Youboty, he said that was not the primary reason he picked the Buckeyes.
"I know that wherever I go, I’m going to have to work hard and prove myself," Gant said.

he was one star at Scout and according to their staff, when a recruit who is one star commits he is automatically bumped to two stars.
A 2 star on scout also means that they have not seen film basically and once they do he will be bumped up to a 3 star most likely.
3* he is sir.
