OSU has covered in each of the last 4 seasons against Rutgers, the lowest spread was -21 (twice) and the highest -38. Rutgers was still rated as the worst team in the Big Ten entering this season. The team they beat, Texas State, is in a downward spiral and is literally among the worst couple of teams in the FBS. I personally took the -35 - might as well keep going to the well until Rutgers shows they can keep it close vs OSU for once.
