Speaking of which, a single engine Cessna recently crashed into some property I own near the Mexico-Arizona border. The pilot was, unfortunately, deceased on the scene giving me full legal rights of claim. Needless to say, I have several dozen kilos pounds of salvage to sell. Hoping somebody can help me take this off my hands.
