Yeah how much would you give for one of those ass clowns to do shit like that and come down and snap their leg like a twig, that would be justice. I repeat NOBODY from TOSU, short of a dive into the endzone because somebody is in hot pursuit, is gonna do that kinda crap and not be in the terminal doghouse.

Yeah it was pretty funny when Adrian Peterson broke his collarbone diving into the endzone for no reason.

Little front flip action into the endzone... he did stick the landing though. Very Mary Lou Retten-ish
Oh god I hate that.....I've already made my feelings pretty clear on it in the FSU-Kentucky thread though. Friend of mine who is an Okie fan told me just today that an OU player did that once, only he was too close to someone else, who clipped his legs midair in an effort to stop him from scoring, and he landed awkwardly and broke his collarbone. He's lucky it was only his collarbone.

I suppose it was penalized? I hope so. It's not legal and the refs blew it with a no-call when the 'Bama player did it earlier. What a shocker that the three times I've seen it done this year, it's been Florida State, USC, and a Nick Saban-coached team. You wouldn't catch, say, Navy, doing that, and I damn sure hope I never see it from a Michigan player.

Go watch the play again... someone was in hot pursuit and could have drilled him at the goal line if he didn't dive. Just because the shitty ass Michigan player gave up on the play and didn't hit him and the dumbass ref threw a flag doesn't mean it was showboating.

You could see how uptight the Illini looked before the game.

Coaching has a lot to do with this. The Illini offensive team needs someone to put a boot up their rears and tell them get off their seats. Williams, in particular, needs to show some leadership.

The defense is looking like the stars are out of their eyes and they are getting the measure of the Trojans. The offense still looks like deer caught in the headlights.

Give some credit to USC coaching, but maybe there's a learning point. The announcers say that the Illini players told them that they were sick of being told they didn't belong in the game. When a coaching staff places a lot of weight on the disrespect angle, there is a risk that an opponent will get off to a fast start and the team will conclude that they deserved all the disrespect. If you use disrespect as a motivator, make sure you don't get down two touchdowns early!

Is it just me or does that Trojan linebacker look like a chimpanzee?
