The O-Zone could have used a different picture....
Buckeyes Make Initial Cut for Nation's No. 5 Defensive End Ron Johnson
Defensive end recruiting has yet to be an issue for Ohio State, as the Buckeyes have been able to sign some of the nation's best over the last four recruiting classes. The 2016 recruiting class appears to be shaping up no differently.
Already with 4-star defensive end commits Jonathon Cooper and Terrell Hall in the fold, and the likelihood of adding 5-star Nick Bosa in the next month or two, could the Buckeyes have room for even more talent at the position?
If so, one player to certainly watch will be Ron Johnson, the nation's No. 5 defensive end per Rivals. Johnson (6-4 225) plays for Camden High School in Camden, New Jersey and holds offers from the likes of Ohio State, Alabama, Michigan, Notre Dame, Michigan State, Virginia Tech and many others.
On Sunday, Johnson released his Top 15 via Twitter.
The schools who made the cut were Michigan, South Carolina, Rutgers, Ohio State, Alabama, Miami, Missouri, Virginia Tech, Penn State, Ole Miss, Oregon, North Carolina, Arizona State, Wisconsin and Tennessee.
