All right, all right, all right.
No not the movie...

Next summer me and a bunch of closest friends are going to go on a road trip down to North Carolina(where me and a few of them are from). We are going to stay there for 2 weeks right after school lets out. You know we will all be seniors, and its going to be awesome. We're planning to rent a beach house for something around like $150-$250 a night. Anyone have any advice or tips, I mean we look at it as a once in a lifetime chance before we go away to college(hopefully OSU). You know like anyone have ever vacation down there and get a really good deal or know a really good vacation site or things to do down there or anything like that? Any advice on anything close even remotely close to this thread topic would be appreciated. Theres probably going to be 5-7 of us going on the trip, and we're driving down there.

You know we're seniors, so its pretty much going to be a sweet kickass party for two weeks.

Need to be more specific about where and when...beach prices fluctuate heavily with the seasons. Your $150-200/night might be a little wishful thinking unless you plan on staying a few blocks off the ocean.

Myrtle Beach has a wild Senior Week every year...mini Mardi Gras.

Cape Cod? Unless they moved it, I belive that is in Massachusetts

I actually looked at most of the places you are discussing when we were planning a Spring Break trip a few years back....they aren't exactly hot spots for teens.

I would recommend Myrtle Beach because of the traditional Senior Week. The hotels are more lenient during that week and there is plenty to do for the under 21 crowd...many "18 to enter" clubs.

However, if you are planning a slow time of lounging and fishing, I'd shoot for the Outer Banks.

If you want a beach house in Myrtle Beach, check out Surfside beach, Cherry Grove, or Garden City beach. However, many of the realtors will not rent unless there is someone 25+ staying with you.

Ive noticed a lot of that. Is it just because they are afraid of damages done to the property or what?

Yes. You and your fucked up'ed friends are nothing but trouble...Come on now. I'm not saying anything you don't already know...

At that age, I always looked for a KOA. They didn't care what your age was, and it was cheap...Nothing wrong with pitching a tent...

Personally I like Boiled Peanuts. The saltier the better. I'm about 8 miles from the beach at MB. Nothing to rent here, anything closer to MB proper is big bucks. North Carolina beaches are much cheaper, but probably know what you are looking for, they're bigger, wider, less crowded and much quieter. Grad is right about Surfside and Garden City, probably your best and cheapest shot. If the beach down there isn't busy enough for you, you can always drive to MB and act like your staying in one of the big resorts!! Not that I've ever done anything like that!!!

Good luck on that price BTW. I always loved going to the Outer Banks and Emerald Isle when travelling, but that was with family. With friends I would be seeking out hot events going on @ Myrtle Beach. Hey wait, you aren't 21 are you???
