If you have walked on High Street in the last 10-15 years you probably know him or have given him your spare change. Multiple sources are reporting that the Rapping Bum has passed away today. He coined the phrase "HELP IS ON THE WAY!!!!" The Ohio State undergraduate experience may never be the same.
