COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) -- The body of soul singer James Brown has yet to be buried as attorneys and his children work to settle issues surrounding his estate, including where he will be laid to rest.

James Brown's family plans museum in SC

COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) -- The children of late soul singer James Brown are planning to turn his home into a Graceland-like museum and build a mausoleum on the site for his body, an attorney for Brown said Friday.

James Brown partner takes case to court
