Yep. In addition to his salary, TSUN paid $2.5 million for the WVU buyout when they hired him, and they'll pay another $2.5 million in order to fire him.

So in effect, he got a both-ends buyout bonus of $333,333.33 per win.

And I believe that wasted $5 million is a significant part of the reason that TSUN is unwilling/unable to pay Harbaugh a big salary, and that's part of why it's looking like he won't go there.

Thank god they finally fired him. The UM Program and the OSU-UM rivalry needs this team to rebound and get back to it's glory days. I just hope they aren't dumb and go hire another crap coach.
