I'd say that 'trash' posted here has been pretty tame compared to the 'trash' those same UC fans brought to this forum and numerous others.

I understand your point about the kids...but I never heard any tOSU players trashing Cincinnati on TV or in the news.

Point taken but your over-dramatization of the situation is obvious.

I guess you are right. I have a tendency to go overboard in some of my posts. Will try to tone it done in the future.

I find that doing all your trash talking to the TV screen works wonders...

I definitely found myself mocking some "experts" post game as they emerged on the tv screen. I find it therapeutic. :wink2:

As I was walking back to where my car was parked Friday night, some guy walking past me said "Congrats - I work in the finest restaurant in Old Pasadena and Ohio State people were first class; I'm glad you won, Ohio State is first class".

That was great to hear, made me even prouder after the victory. How we act as a fan base, both in victory and in defeat, does make a difference.

Oregon fans also represented their school well, in numbers and actions - although Buckeyes outnumbered them in the Rose Bowl, it wasn't by a lot (55/45%, I'd guess), and we had the advantage of knowing the destination 19 days before they clinched in the Civil War.

My thoughts as well.

Folks....

Be as gracious in victory as we always hoped others would be.

Don't be 'that guy'

This is a great night...and a long time coming.

Stay above the garbage. We are better than that and we HAVE been here before.
