Remember Log-In ID & Password

Buckeye Planet is no longer remembering my log-in ID and password. I check "remember me" when I log-in. Anyone else having this problem? My computer remembers other site's ID & password.

I'm using Firefox but about a week ago this started to happening to me.

With Explorer you can fix it by adding us as a trusted site.

No problem. I'm sorry there are still problems. The move and upgrade were *very* worth the headaches, but I still want them gone as soon as possible.

I've changed a setting on the site that will more or less mask the problems again. People who still encountered the problem over the last week will still have to fix it eventually, but this will buy us some time to define and polish the necessary steps browser-side.

IE8, right? The quickest fix (after clear yo' cookies) is to add BP to the trusted zone.

Is the trusted zone the same as trust the coaches?

The other issue may be that if the cookie file has become corrupted, it may not be deleted when you clear cookies. If that's the case, you'll need to close your browser, find the cookies in your system, and manually delete anything with "buckeyeplanet" in it. That should ensure a fresh write when you open the site next time.

FWIW, I have IE 8. I found some easy instructions on how to add a trusted site.

Even I could understand them.

mine is fixed....im not all that computer savvy, deleting them all worked on Chome. ANYTHING for BP.

Make sure to not have BP open. I could find anywhere to delete BP only, but like i said, i dont know much about that shhh
