Was there every any doubt that the setbacks/follow up procedures/failed rehabs were going to start once we heard Votto had a knee injury?

With the way the Reds diagnose and initially characterize injuries, it means he's probably looking at multiple surgeries, with an ill-executed rehab attempt in between.

Surgery, aborted rehab, second surgery. How much does the trifecta pay?
