Reds Tidbits (2012 Season)

Does limping to the finish line still count as crossing it? Reason being 5-6 is the worst we can do on this trip, with Cueto left.

6-5? Holy fuckin fuck, I'll say.. maybe..

100% do-able, which is unreal

Yep. Watching him tonight definitely supports the premise of making him a starter full time. He looks a mile better in his strength and rhythm than he has in a month.

Agreed. It's plainly clear that the man was born to pitch every fifth day, despite what Dusty thinks of his fastball.

He may only have two pitches at the moment, but it's up to this club to give him the rest of the tools he needs to be a starter.

Maybe Drew Stubbs was the better pick between he and Lincecum (at least this year). Lincecum is god awful this year. There probably isn't a worse starting pitcher in baseball who actually starts on a regular basis. Sure, Stubbs might be the worst regular hitter in baseball, but at least he plays an important defensive position well.
