It's amazing what happens when someone actually gets on base in front of Votto. It's seems like that would be a good thing to do. Someone tell Dusty.

Good bounce back from the albatross that was yesterday's game. Arroyo had the Pads baffled all game long. Amazing as it is to think about, if we take the last 2 from the Padres, we actually will have had a winning West Coast swing.

Yeah, but Homer is pitching tomorrow. My hopes are not high (which goes against my normally rosey outlook).
