I don't mind it from Phillips. That's just who he is. Unlike most other guys on this team, he'll change his approach once he gets two strikes. He'll strike out and GIDP his share, but he'll also fight off pitches and even manage to work the occasional walk after going down 0-2 or 1-2.

Having said that, I don't know what the discussion has been, and I'm sure its been covered but..

Fuck these fucktards. Daggone idiots only winning 7 of 8? Pathetic. Only winning the division by 1.5 and a top 7 record in MLB? Golf clap.

I'm gonna go plant a garden. Find something else to do this summer.

Our radio and TV guys all suck.

Hell I've simulated it at my house quite a few times already, the first time was when we got back to .500, and then the next 3 times we got back to .500 :lol: by that I mean drink heavily btw

I read you bro, I just see different forecasts for certain teams, and I think I like our situation going forward. I sure as shit am not saying we will make the playoffs, but if not we won't miss by much. Terrible division.

It's mostly for comedy purposes and self defense. I would take any commentary in this thread with a huge grain of salt.

With that said, this team could win 162 games and I would still be jaded until they actually win the world series. Getting kicked in the nuts for about 2 decades has that effect on some people.

Plus, as a great man once said "let's not all start sucking each others dicks just yet." There is still about 75% of the season to go.
