The drawback to old players like Moyer is the endless number of folk tales they provide for hacks like Thom Brennaman. I'll endure it though if it means Moyer stays out there and keeps throwing batting practice though.

The most impressive thing that inning was Votto's single. It looked like he thought to himself, "Home runs bore me. Where should I put this one? How about up the middle.". Then he makes it so.
