Volquez gives up his sixth walk, and Dusty's not going to let him try to finish the sixth inning. Jordan Smith is coming on as part of a double switch.

Hanigan replaces Hernandez on the other end of the double switch. He'll bat 2nd next inning.

Smith is really struggling out there - probably for the first time all season for him. he bounces back to finish the inning with no further damage though.

Control issues. Its as simple as that.
The entire staff is giving up too many walks and when they aren't walking batters they are getting hit hard because they are always behind in the count.
I would make it crystal clear to my staff that I would be willing to bet there are guys down in L'ville that would throw fucking strikes.
