Reds tidbits (2010 season)

The Cards have lost three in a row, all to last place teams. Two of those three losses have come on Wainwright & Carpenter's starts. The Cards have exhausted their bullpen and only have one off day remaining the rest of the season.

The Reds are getting every break you could ask for at this point, let's hope they take advantage of them.

So what is it you're trying to say?

While this is tons of speculation from a poor source, but a guy saying he knows the Cards trainer claims Holliday's wrist is broken.

I know, I know, please don't shoot the messenger. I am warning you of the source.

If Holliday, Pujols & Rasmus are all still out tomorrow, their lineup is going to rival some of Bob Boone's best Sunday Specials.

Their lineup WITH Pujols, Holliday, and Rasmus still has four to five sub .700 OPS players.

They've gone from suck to blow.

There is currently a four page thread on Cards Talk about Hollidays wrist being broken (started by "a guy" who "knows a trainer"). If true, Albert will set a record for IBBs this season. He's going to be walked about 160 times from now til October.

Yeah, that is what I was referring too.

In the post game presser Holliday said he is fine. We'll find out tomorrow for sure.
