And there's a Cincinnati Reds play. Nix had Ludwick gunned at the plate and Rolen tries to cut off the play and the Cards score another one. 2 outs Reds down 3-0.

Thats what we call Cincinnati Reds plays. Unfortunately that means the team does something ridiculously stupid to allow the other team an advantage or the outright win.

They went on about how we have 3 Gold Glovers on the infield yet we have still made 2 gaffs leading to Cardinals runs. Carpenter does not need any help whatsoever. Now as I'm typing this I'm actually extremely calm. Kind of sad that we've come to expect plays like this and it doesnt even get me that upset anymore.

First game. No big deal really. But, we had a very good shot at this one without those mistakes and any win we can get from St. Louis, especially against Carpenter, is a gift.

You control young players for the first 6 years. He's got 2 or 3 years of service time iirc.
