3-6 with 3R scored in 2 games. Feliz was good enough to hang with the Phillies for two years, but he still wasn't known as a hitter, although he was miles better than this season with the Astros.

So it's one of two things:

A) LaRussa turned another lump of coal into a diamond.
B) Feliz was mailing it in once he realized how bad the Astros were, and doing his best Roger Dorn impersonation.

or maybe it's only 6 at bats, and one of his hits was a blooper.

In comparison, if Jonny Gomes does the same thing in his next 6 at bats I am still going to call him a worthless bum.

6 at bats means little to nothing.

A single by Posey chases Crapenter in the top of the 8th. I'm glad to see the Giants to get a chance against their bullpen. I don't think they were going to be able to do anything against Chrissy for the rest of this game.

Dare I say that was the worst strike call I've seen all year.

On a related note, I think next year at GABP they should play "Queen Bitch" by David Bowie whenever LaRussa goes to the mound to make a piching change.
