I think we should be careful before piling on here.

Would you want to be placed in jail based solely on an identification made by somebody leaving the Opium Lounge's New Year's Party after 1 a.m.?

We'll probably find out pretty soon if he has an alibi.

Let's not rush to judgment like some of those at ESPN would.

Agreed! But...I would like for our seniors to go out without this distraction...Unfortunately that would be asking too much fro ESpiN!

It would be very unfortunate if they got peppered with questions about this before the game.

The small, lizard part of my brain wants to think that Clarett did this on purpose as a sort of sick publicity stunt.

Anyone know what kind of sentence this type of crime carries? Gun crimes are obviously extremely serious.

not to jump to conclusions but each gun spec carries 3yrs so that by its self is 6yrs, thats on top of robbery charge. I don't know what that carries under the new senate bill 2 law if its aggrevated could be something like 10yrs.

Just sit and wait, I wouldnt take anyone's word as the absolute truth on new years at 1 am.

Ps, just paid $10 to get on here at the hotel and see whats going on. SC just said former broncos running back maurice calrett, at the point i just started laughing. Weather is beautiful out here in tempe.:biggrin:

Totally agree but right now the situation is that someone was robbed and witnesses gave MoC and his ride as being there. The thing is no matter the disdain and disgust I have towards MoC I hope this is not true. Before he was wrecking his career but if this is true the he is wrecking his life and no matter how much I hate what he did to my Bucks I would not wish this upon him.
